Proform Kitchens

Our experience is similar to the last 1 star post for ProForm. Delays, mess and poor workmanship were highlights or our nearly 6 month relationship with ProForm. Bench tops which lip and crack at the joins, soft closing doors that don't close, drawers and doors which lose alignment are some of the ongoing issues 6 weeks after our final payment. During installation, basic tasks like gap sealing, placing white screw caps in screw heads and fixing backboards securely to the wall were all overlooked. Cabinets were joined with the plastic protective coating left on, meaning that it had to be later removed with a razor. Kickboards were installed out of square which meant that floor tiles which were later put down look crooked. ProForm were quizzed about this and told us that we didn't tell them we were tiling the floor(even though they provided us with a tiler to do this job). Oh, and the tiler didn't show for the floor tiling job anyway, we had to do this ourselves. We have had ProForm back to us now, 3 times to finish installation and carry out repairs. There are still unfinished items needing attention and we have given up calling them. Excuses for poor workmanship only go so far and after enduring 6 months of them, we paid our final bill, accepting that we will have to fix and complete our kitchen ourselves. We priced around before using ProForm and they were neither the cheapest or dearest. For us, they had the best design in a material we liked. If we were doing a kitchen again any time soon, we would look hard at using a self install kitchen place. We feel that the quality we paid for with ProForm was handyman level anyway.

Matt, the installer was great. Prompt, friendly and cleaned up afterwards. George worked with us to design a layout to suit. Our new kitchen is amazing and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Proform Kitchens. Thanks again to George and the team.

After doing the rounds at various kitchen designer outlets and getting other ridiculous quotes. I came across Proform kitchens where I met George the retail design manager.Instantly I felt at ease knowing that that I had found the place I wanted to do my custom design kitchen. George‘s honest, warm natured personality, coupled with the sharp mind of a highly skilled designer made me feel at confident that everything I wanted could be achieved at a very reasonable price!George went to work on designing me the most well thought out kitchen making absolute maximum use of all the space I had. He quite simply created my own cooks dream kitchen, with top quality fittings and fixtures. I couldn’t be happier! Turn around time was fantastic, especially given how busy they were!George kept me in the loop and well informed throughout every step of the process, nothing was missed!After sign off, Keith their installer did a fantastic installation of my kitchen with the utmost care taken!I couldn’t be happier with the final results!!I will be recommending Proform Kitchens to all my family and friends!If you need a kitchen, don’t look any further,George and the team have you covered!

Would highly recommend Proform Kitchens. I recently had a new kitchen designed by Simon Petrou who recommended Proform Kitchens to make the cabinetry. We had waited a very long time to get our new kitchen and could not be happier with the result from Proform Kitchens. I had looked at three kitchens recently installed by friends, one of them with Proform Kitchens, and the quality, price and design provided by Proform Kitchens stood out from the rest. Anthony's knowledge of products, space saving ideas and keen eye to detail were a huge help in providing us advice in designing our kitchen.There were a few hiccups with installation but it took one phone call to Anthony, a prompt visit thereafter and without any hesitation all issues were rectified - without hesitation or question. We couldn't be happier with the level of customer service Anthony provided to us and would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Anthony and Proform Kitchens to anyone contemplating installing a new kitchen. Anthony and the team at Proform worked with us to create the beautiful and efficient kitchen we wanted. As my husband has excellent practical skills and exacting standards we wanted to be able to install the cabinets, benchtops, appliances etc. ourselves and the team at Proform were able to support the provision of a customised solution - not just one size fits all" that other companies may offer. There was never a question of who was to blame for any problems - Anthony and the team worked to resolve issues to our complete satisfaction. We are very happy customers and will return for the next stage of our renovation."

Danny at Proform designed and coordinated the installation of our new kitchen for our house extension.I commend their excellent communication skills and the quality of the final product. From start to finish the process was smooth and easy, and any problems that arose along the way were dealt with swiftly (not that there were many anyway).We had a few delays our end but Proform worked around them with ease, nothing was too hard for them. Their installer did a great job and went above and beyond with matching up the kick panels to our new floor as well.Even the external trades they used (stonemason) spoke highly of the company which is also a good sign. My builder organised a plumber and electrician and both commented on the quality of the end product.All in all very happy with the new kitchen!

Ordered in early August and didn’t start installing until mid Feb. Blamed the painters for the delay as he was so good he is back logged but our kitchen was painted by a different one stated. Installers left a mess at the end of the day without ever cleaning it up (see pictures). Countless errors in the install from panels not painted properly and could still see the primer to installers putting cupboards on an angle. I had to let each tradies know what the job was as none of them had drawings or instructions.

From the first time we went to the showroom we were warmly greeted by George. George made us feel welcome, listened to our questions, offered sound advice and was only to happy to help with whatever he could. The team of tradesmen were outstanding, can't thank them enough. We also had our tiling done by George's son Nick, fantastic job! Very happy with our new kitchen, thanks again to all involved.
