Discovered a leak in a unit on a Saturday just before lunch. Ross was on his way to his little sister's birthday when I called, but he turned around and managed to sort out what could have become an expensive leak into a minor repair. Found Ross very helpful, explained everything he was doing and he managed to source replacement parts very easily. Very easy to work with and reasonable with his prices.
