Awful experience. Terrible customer service. Cashier was impatient with poor attitude. Cutlery was not clean and everything was self-served. The food was expensive and not worth the price. Paid $17.5 for pork knuckle (with some pork hair), extremely tough and chewy fried pork chop, and some cold vegetables. It overthrew my perception of Taiwanese food.

Delicious Taiwanese food with friendly staff. It is affordable and decent place for dinner. The mince rice portion is a little small, I will recommend you to order side dishes. The drink that come with the set is quite average.

3.5 stars - Highly recommend the salt and pepper chicken with rice. Amazing flavours - would suggest getting the bento version. Everything else can be quite average but overall not badUpdate: they've added soy custard to their menu. Custard was nice and thick, I'd say they haven't fully mastered the syrup but still enjoyable

I had the pleasure of dining at Sweet Shine and was thoroughly impressed. The food was authentic and full of flavour, with each dish carefully prepared to perfection. The portions were generous and well worth the price. I also appreciated the variety of options available on the menu, catering to different tastes and preferences. Overall, I had an outstanding experience and would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for top-notch Taiwanese cuisine in Brisbane.

Very convenient when shopping at fresco. When they get busy, service is super slow. The noodles took 39 min to come out. But huge portions and good value.

Tasty Taiwanese cuisine! Had heard some negative comments about the service of this shop, but glad that we still gave it a try. Because the staffs there were nothing like what we were told. They are very friendly and helpful.We ordered special set meal which comes with both Taiwanese sausage and fried chicken. Very tasty and the portions were large.Salt & pepper chicken fillet was huge! But maybe due to the thickness of the fillet, it’s not being marinated enough.Taiwanese fried noodle was tasty and it’s definitely an authentic Taiwanese taste.Our overall experience was great. We’d definitely go back for more.

Clean and tidy Asian cafe with good food. Service is not overly friendly but not unpleasant. Food came in nicely sized portions and tasted good. My clam soup came out hot, not lukewarm so I was impressed. This place seems to always be busy and it is popular for good reasons.
