Shamal was very good to communicate with and he makes really good advice not just aftering the money. I originally wanting to install a fixed glas door but he suggested that it would be very hot to have it fixed which he was right at the first day it was already very hot with the sauna steam on. Lucky I followed his advice. He was also very patient as I have problems with one of the contractor of my renovation due to materials arrived very late and I have booked him earlier than that. He waited for 6 months with no issues at all. I highly recomend him and his team! He has done a great job too. Professionalis, trustworthy and good comuunicator is what is important especially for those who have limited idea about renovation and they all have it 100 percent. Thank you!

My wife and I found Shamal and the team highly professional. Our job, a rather big one, was done on time, budget and to a good quality. Team stayed back late at night to finish the job on time. A small amount of sealing had washed away due to rains. The guys came back within a week to come and fix the issue at a mutually agreed date and time. The entire team patiently and enthusiastically answered all the questions we asked as they were setting up the frames and the windows. Great job guys!

Great Workmanship, but communication and customer service is absolutely shocking, I'm sure they are great people but they need to work on communicating with their customers punctually with adequate info about their orders.

would not recommend this company！a totally terrible after sale service happened on us! message the guy named “Sharm” never had replies nor phone calls back to us. still had holes not been filled up-causing water leak on wet weathers! Once again TOTALLY HAD THE WORST EXPERIENCE with the service!
