Our whole experience with Isa St Carpets has been wonderful. Jacob and Bede in the office were excellent at making sure we got a wonderful carpet which meets our needs. The installer was efficient, friendly and has done an excellent job.

Absolutely faultless. We had two bedrooms carpeted. The showroom is well designed, making it easy to look at the various carpets. Bede's knowledge and customer service was outstanding and Daryl did an excellent job with the installation - punctual, professional, very pleasant to deal with and obviously very experienced. Would not hesitate to recommend 100%.

If i could give it no stars I would. I needed to recarpet my entire house, the sales man was doing paperwork when I arrived and completely ignored me, didn't offer me any assistance at all and when I asked for someone to come do a measure, he wasn't flexible. He did my area at this time on this day and was not willing to compromise at all. Needless to say, I spent a considerable amount of money buying carpet, elsewhere, if their business is so great then obviously they didn't need my money and probably don't need yours either. You would think with the competition in town they'd be bending over backwards for your business, but not Isa St carpets, find somewhere else. I'm surprised they've been in business as long as they have with that attitude.

Service was good. The carpet layer did a wonderful job, very efficient.

Excellent service from all staff, very flexible and always on time (when they gave me a time for arrival, they were punctual). Nothing was a problem and communication was great, checked in with me regularly keeping me up to date on when my floor coverings were due to arrive and then installed. Would definitely recommend them and use them again without hesitation.

David and his team, were excellent to work with. They gave great advice and everything went as planned and as they promised I would certainly recommend Isa Street Carpets for your next project.

Disappointed in the amount of damage to walls and skirtings. Never encountered this amount of damage before. A little more care wouldn’t go astray.

Very good service from all the staff. Bede was punctual and very helpful with the quote and nothing was too much trouble for him. Lachlan the carpet installer was wonderful too. He was on time, very friendly and we felt comfortable having him in our house. We will certainly be back to Isa Street Carpets in the future.
