I bought a straight sewing machine table and a few other parts the other day and have been coming for a few years now for any parts I need . Jim and Stuart provide wonderful service and the price is second to none. Would recommend IMS to anyone looking to buy a new or used sewing machine or spare parts

I absolutely recommend IMS! When I experienced a critical situation with my machine, Jim was so helpful, patient, prompt and understanding on the phone. I am truly appreciative of it and I wish that I had only dealt with just IMS and not other companies before this. In my other interactions with Jim and Joy, I found them both to be very professional and pleasant to talk to, Jim especially has a wealth of knowledge when it comes to machines and took the time to explain things to me. Being an interstate customer, I found them very supportive and felt reassured when they were able to help me via telephone. Disappointingly, the service undertaken to my Pffaf actually made its operation worse. It was OK before IMS took it, just doing the 'right' thing by keeping it services. I would have been better off not bothering. I had to take it elsewhere to be serviced again and their opinion was whoever worked on it previously had no idea what they were doing! Disappointed.

Pope's into this place to. Get some alterations to a motorbIke cover to make it fit one of my Baetec (wheelchair accessory) the women was great the work she didn't was excellent and the price very reasonable so I decided to take a pair of curtains to be shortened and hemmed, 2 panels, quoted $15 when I went to pick them up she added $5 to the price saying she didn't realise it was two panles.. OK no biggie.. She did a good job and $20 was still reasonable so I decided to bring 2 more pairs this is where I lose faith she just did a pair for $20 upping it from the original $15. Qoute, so here I am think $40.00 right? WRONG When I went to pick them up the price went up again another $15.00. It's not like the job was hard in fCt the first job she did for me was mwY harder way more work way more fiddlly. This was literally cut a straight line and hem it no pleats very thin material. They need to pick a price and stick with it. It's not the amount of money but the fact it kept changing.
