Real estate school

This course is super hard! I studied this course online at home and found out after I signed up the REIQ course is much harder than the courses other providers offer. REIQ also requires you to get 100% on every assessment before they pass you which is really difficult with remote learning. Assessment questions are ambiguous and vague in what they're asking for, but then the assessors are VERY specific in the answers they want in your answers. The assessors are really slow to make submissions unless you pay the extra for express marking which seems like a wrought. The tutors are amazing and really helped me through some modules where I was struggling after resubmitting multiple times.

I was on the old system and did my registration course, I found it great completing the course in my own time after a few days in-person getting started.The training team were always an amazing help and great to work with. Look forward to getting my full Cert IV one day!

I have had Ebony for several training sessions and cannot speak highly enough about her. She is a wonderful trainer and is very patient and thorough, which I believe is an attribute in her profession. I would recommend Ebony for any training session required.

I have completed my full licence with REIQ and I was extremely happy with the course. It was informative, provided the necessary skills and knowledge, and was easy to navigate.Yes, there are mistakes in the course content, and even some ambiguity. However, a bit of common sense helped to overcome these concerns. The REIQ course facilitators are readily available for you if any clarification is needed along the way.(I might add that I have 2 degrees and when undertaking these it was also common to find errors in course content, etc. It sucks, but in life you have to sometimes work things out the hard way, you will learn more that way.)The course facilitators were very knowledgeable and have real life experience to draw on, definitely worth attending the course in person.Jeff Irvine, the head of training is great to deal with and takes a vested interest in you, he is always available on the phone or by email.Overall, my experience with REIQ has been positive and I would not hesitate in recommending others to do their training through this organisation; and I have already referred friends and colleagues.

Honestly, the in person 5 day class they have scheduled was a lot easier and enjoyable as I expected. Antonella and Lucas made the course really enjoyable and simple to understand. I originally had signed up to do the course online with another company until I found Think Real Estate had class the upcoming week and thankfully they accepted me just days before the course started. I really did enjoy learning about RE and was pleased with the help they provided on and off class when needed! I would honestly do the course again. If I was you I wouldn't think twice and sign up through them. Thank you again Antonella and Lucas you guys were amazing!

I have just completed my real este license with Validum. They were excellent to deal with and offered feedback within 24 hours! I loved doing my course with them they were so helpful and offered so much support. The team at Validum is great. I would highly suggest them to anyone looking to get into Real estate who needs their license, absolute 5 star recommendation ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I enrolled in a Diploma of Leadership and Management months ago. I have tried to contact them numerous times for support with no reply at all. Try to contact them by either email or phone is not possible as the phone just tells you they are in administration and some someone will contact you in June and you get no reply from email. Absolute joke and rip off. $1500 and they will give you no support or assistance or even contact in any form. Very dissapointing and very poor service on their behalf. Still taking money and enrolling students in courses when they do not have the capacity to facilitate and/or provide support for students enrolled in their courses.

Having completed the Cert IV of REP, I am truly grateful to the REIV and the trainers (Margaret, Robert and Michael) for their wonderful course materials and training. Margaret Lorkin, who was my trainer and assessor for the majority of 2021, provided marvelous lessons packed with detailed elaborations on the industry's technicalities and real world examples, aiding my understanding of the necessary knowledge and protocols required to work as an agent. I look very much forward to studying with institute in the future.

Signed up in March 23 and day 1 starting course couldn’t access certain lectures on portal sent help requests…. 3 months later no correspondence or follow through. They don’t answer phones, or my weekly follow up Emails. Totally frustrated!The only communication I managed to receive was when I resorted ask a question via website customer service. Someone said complaint has been sent to “management”, excuse was: we are “short staffed” right now. I said after all the above I don’t know how Mentor is going to assist me completing this course, refund request has been sent. After further two weeks with no contact. I’m escalating this!!
