Absolutely thrilled with the staff and head mechanic at Auto plus. I needed my breaks fitted and the guy made sure I was well informed and was aware of everything I needed to know, he had it done and back on the ground in under 15 mins. Absolutely great people to do business with. Will definitely be a returning customer. There was no hiding of any costs or doing things I didn't ask for which is my previous experience as a woman having to use a professional mechanic. Great job very happy.. Hyundai Imax. Jan 23.

The team at Autoplus have just repaired the a cooling system leak on my ford focus. I couldn't be happier with the professionalism, and method they used to both diagnose the problem, and provide options for repair. I particularly appreciated the transparent discussion and updates as this was a difficult fault to rectify. I will be back again once it's service time.

I would love to do an appreciation post to the lovely guys at Autoplus FrankstonAs we are all aware, times are a little tough at the moment money wise, so any type of extra bill can be really hard.I took my car in the other month as it was having major problems. Once they assessed the car, they saw that my car engine was on its way out and I'd be up for 7-10k to fix it. Now hearing this automatically bought me to tears, I have a little one and had already been borrowing my mother in laws car to get by. They didn't charge me at all for the assessment as they knew I'd be down a lot of money. A few weeks later, after I took it into Mazda, I have been approved a whole new engine under warranty which was a major surprise. So, I'd love to thank these guys and give them a massive shout out, because my heart was filled when they helped even with the littlest of things. Thank you

AutoPlus Frankston very quickly fixed my cars high engine oil level. They did this for free and also explained in detail how severe the issue was and its cause. Overall I am very satisfied and will be coming back for my next service.

Took my car in to ask about an issue with my tyre.Tom didn’t hesitate to help out. Had my car up within the hour and quickly identified the issue. Tyre was ordered and fitted today.Couldn’t fault them at all. Efficient, friendly and honest. Thank you!

Thanks to Tom for fixing vibrations in the front brakes. Expertly diagnosed the problem and gave me two options for repair. Brakes now pull up smoothly and he also advised how to treat the brakes for the first 1000km.

Tom is an honest, reliable and thorough mechanic. He gave me advice on two separate occasions prior to my service and it made a world of difference to how my car ran. When my hubby put the wrong petrol in Tom went above and beyond. Keeping me informed and checking in with me. Emma runs the office and is super friendly and equally as helpful.
