Visited Lawton store today and was attended by staff member vikki .. I was purchasing a bike and several other items well over $200 dollars .. i had them all at the counter and asked a question about soccer kit I was buying vikki could not tell me if it came with a ball and I asked her if they had any other options or did this particular one come with a ball … she rolled her eyes huffed and puffed and pointed to the other end of store with no indication of helping me … I then stood to the side and looked on my phone for advice and went to back of store to try and find something similar.. could not find anything or a staff member to help !!!! I did take the tape off the soccer box but did not take anything out or remove anything as I did see a ball in the box … I then decided that I would by my shopping vikki was very rude and definitely not helpful but it was her body language and the heavy breathing and sighing and just made it all seem to hard .. I felt she gave no customer service or advice and did not help me with my questions and I felt she had no intention of moving from behind the counter to help me … walked out and will spend my money at another toy shop the offers service …

Great store,I am new(ish) to the hobby and the staff could strait away help me with what I needed. Branchline has a great range and great prices.Would defiantly recommend going to this store if you are in the area!

I love this place so much. It's a haven for nerds and underdogs like myself; the manager and the regulars alike are friendly and knowledgeable; the atmosphere is comfortable and safe; and there's a good range of products on sale.My review is probably biased but can you blame me? It's a great place. Child-friendly as well, and the hobby itself is cathartic and rewarding.Overall one of my favourite places to go when I'm out, even if it's just to pop in to say hi to the boys.

Visited here today. Wow! This place is amazing. There is so much to see and there's something for everyone. It was hard to leave actually as I wasn't sure I'd seen everything but I'll definitely be back another day. If you get the chance, it's definitely worth a visit
