Very disappointed with the after sales service , paid $300 for an end of lease clean . My real estate shocked me with an email stating the place didn’t look like it had been professionally cleaned , and they sent me a list of issues (including cleaning product residue) I contacted the company and was told they never promised that the real estate would be happy , and it’s my fault because there was “so much to do “ .I found this a very unprofessional and aggressive response . I had paid for a service and job to be completed, and hadn’t even requested they rectify the issues , I was only sharing the feedback , heaven forbid I had asked them to fix anything! Would not recommend this company due to this negative after sales experience .
