being from melbourne,and after arriving, in bunderburg, i was in need of a good bootmaker, 2 pairs of my trusty r m williams, were in need of repair. so, off iwent 2ruddy boot and saddle .service, care 2 detail, and quality workmanship, i did not expect....thank you laura/ben, a very happy client. see you soon, with a few of my belts, need attation.. the shy man from baraga, d. drimmins.

He answered the phone at 1 minute to closing and expedited a product asap from Horsham to Adelaide to get here before Mother’s Day. Excellent experience.

Very helpful and good service

I don't know what Kate Stokes is talking about. Every time (& we go a lot!) we go in to Horseland Sunbury we have the BEST customer service. ALL the staff are so helpful and willing to give us as much time and advice as they can, no matter how busy. I know keyboard critics shouldn't surprise me but I'm constantly disappointed that anyone, with one bad experience (and perhaps their attitude warranted a cooler response from the shop assistant, we'll never know) feels the need to get on social media and slam a business. Anyway, based on my many experiences over the past four years I feel confident to state that the staff at Horseland Sunbury are extremely helpful and hospitable.

Friendly knowledgeable staff and well stocked with most brands you would expect. Store is nicely planned so everything you need is easy to find.

I went to the Horsewear House to select a winter rug for my mare - silly me didn't have any measurements to size her however upon looking at photos of my horse the staff member was proficient in recommending not only a size suitable but a great quality rug to suit my purpose. The impeccable service I received will see me coming back for any other items. Keep up the great work Horsewear House. Really enjoyed my visit :)

Love the kids drawing table, my kids do so many great works of art there and I can browse without stress! Friendly, knowledgeable service and good range!
