It showed online it was holiday hours Monday 2 of may no notice Saturday or Sunday showing hours soon arrival close 2 nd of April mark and his managers are hopeless also this store are continues to be out of stock of most line pituitary yellow ticket items wish we had a Woolworth in Springfield

Shopped at my local Coles store at Orian on probably one of the busiest days of the year (Christmas Eve) but have to admit was in and out very quickly.It’s was good to see Coles had staff at every checkout hence served quickly.My only concern was much of the frozen items were unavailable but being Christmas Eve afternoon that was to be expected.

Nice big store. Clean. I asked a random staff member where dried apples were as I had looked in a few locations. They directed me straight to them. Check out staff were also friendly to me.

I understand closing is at 9pm but as someone who works in retail, there’s a way you should approach customers. The way Leena approached my partner and I with such rudeness and disrespect is appalling.It was exactly 9:01pm when she came up to us and rudely said “its 9:01pm. We’re closed.”To which I replied “yes I’m sorry I’m almost done”Then she proceeded to yell “almost? Unless you want to pay me overtime, get out.”
