Skylight contractor

We had 3 Velux installed in our home at Springfield. We were worried that our steep roof would have proved a problem but Skydome Erina’s staff and installers made it look easy and we were absolutely thrilled with the results! 2 dark areas in our home were transformed into light filled spaces and the impact it has made on the look and feel of these rooms has been huge. I can’t recommend these guys highly enough, they were a pleasure to deal with from the first time we visited the showroom and the finished product is fantastic. Thankyou!

Opted for a rigid velux system to replace our existing skylight.Ben who was allocated to the job arrived on time and advised the system needed to be extended with an extra cost involved.Not fussed that was the case, the new unit was installed within the time frame advised and could not be happier with the install.The unit is much brighter than the existing flexible tube and the light that is let is it better than the power lights.Highly recommend this company.Thanks, Patrick.

We did a roof restoration work recently because of leaks during the multiple storms in the past years. Adrian was excellent - came out at a time that suited me, did a thorough inspection of my flat metal roof and identified the issues that previous builders and insurance roof assessors missed. He explained everything clearly, with photos, and it all made sense for once! He was also honest and clear about what he could and couldn’t do and didn’t try to sell me on work I didn’t need done or work that would need to get done later anyway. Product is great and that’s the only reason we went with this company.Service is terrible!Three skylights, he did not care where he placed them, lucky my husband was home who measured out and asked him to move the positioning before he cut out. Did not clean up after himself, left mess all over the floor, skylights had his grubby finger marks all over them.He just wanted to get in and out as quick as possible.No customer service.Do yourself a favour and go with another company.My husband owns his own business and he was disgusted with this man’s lack of professionalism.
