Engaging Juliette as my realestate agent was one of the worse decision I have made. You get to experience the world famous Chinese art of “face change” with her. When it goes her way she is as sweet as pie, when you stand your ground she gets rude and abrupt, but wait until you have sold your house! Her after sell service is a life experience! Settlement was completed today, my solicitor deposited funds within the hour of completion, yet I am still jumping hurdles to beg for my 10% deposit she has held post auction. She hung up on me when I questioned about the legitimacy of her procedure to release MY money and she has not picked up my phone calls since.She told me that she is the director at Harcourt Box Hill, I have learnt my lesson to be extra careful of the “over the top” positive feedbacks one agent receives.Good luck to everyone that uses Juliette Zhou - your realestate experience won’t be worse!

My family was shown a property by Christine Wei and were accepted to rent, after signing the contract we were in the middle of making the bond payment when the agent contacted my family saying the landlord had changed their mind and was “thinking of not renting anymore” and that she would call back that day to let us know. No word from the agent all day until this afternoon which she delivered the news that we would not be able to move into the property after all. Highly unprofessional service, not calling when you say you are or even to update us when people’s living conditions are at stake here. What would have happened if we had already booked moving vehicles and cancelled our current lease? I understand that you don’t have full responsibility as the landlord made the decision but you still must have some accountability for the amount of stress and anxiety caused by this major inconvenience considering the property had been listed for a few weeks and we were only told we couldn’t rent the property AFTER being accepted and submitting the contract.
