Domino’s Pizza Mount Cotton
Pizza came with little to no topping and the pizza wasnt cooked all the way through. One of the worst experiences ive had.This was meant to be a three meats new yorker pizza but the lack of topping and the raw dough in the middle was sad.

STAY AWAY from this store unless you consistently like hair in your pizzas. 2nd time in space of a month our pizza had long disgusting hair cooked within the dough.The foulest experience when you have to pull out hair (through food) out of your mouth and their reaction when we called up; eew, that's disgusting and hung up, didn't even bother asking who we were or what our order was. NEVER AGAIN.

Inconsistent. I went to dominos at valley way my cotton twice in the last two weeks and ordered the garlic scrolls both times. The first time they turned out undercooked, small and underwhelming. The second they were perfect. I took the item back in store the first time to double check with a manager and they said it was exactly right. Clearly it wasn’t. I would appreciate better training for staff members and better consistency for next time.

Tonight to say goodbye to my sister as shes off to her fathers in Cairns for a month I ordered pizza so we could spend some time together and watch a show.I ordered my food through the app and when it said my pickup time was 4:55 I arrived at 4:55 (it was about a 15m cook time) which was perfectly fine.After arriving the young lady at the counter ignored me completely and once another customer came in the young lady served her even though I had been waiting for 2 minutes.After the other customer got served and I waited another 2 minutes I was asked if I had been served by another member of staff. They went to grab my order only to tell me they forgot to put my side on and was asked to wait another 4 minutes well they made it.this still would have been ok, funny even, except 20 minutes past my pickup time I was still standing there waiting. My pizza had been ready for well over 20 minutes at this point. Finally at 22 minutes past my pickup time I was given my sides and pizza. I drove home as quickly as I could and by the time I got home the pizza had become cold as it had just been sitting there for 20 minutes.All and all I am sure you will agree, when your whole business hinges on being fast food" a 40 minute total wait time is quite aggravating

Bit sad pizza order on app didn't arrive in store when I arrived it wasn't ready. None the less it was fixed very quickly and easily without fuss.Happy to the outcome but not the place to eat definitely a takeaway Location as it is t really setup for large groups.
