Wow just wow and I can assure you this is a legit review - tried to book my first service speaking to Graham - rude, unhelpful, condescending so after reading ALL the warranty dodging comments - it all seems to validate the claims and poor reviews - steer clear! - RE response below, what a croc! I did NOT DEMAND anything - I asked nicely next available day - terrible service and LIARS! Yes you got abused when you phoned back after my first review was posted only because you are a condescending p!@#$!

Poor customer service skills The old guy at the front of house providing customer service needs retraining or to retire his arrogance is gross. after we had just brought a bike off you you verbally belittled my husband to me and dismissed any questions I had the 1 star is for the lady who served me she was lovely and efficient.

Extremely poor quality motorbikes that are too expensive for what you get. Had a part break during the first ride on the bike, and when we contacted customer service for a fix, was treated poorly by rude owner. He then accused me of lying when I stated that we had only ridden the motorcycle once and was adamant that we had not looked after the bike. We have another motorcycle that we have ridden more times than I can count, and have never had any problems with said motorcycle. I would absolutely recommend that anyone considering buying a bike from here to look elsewhere, preferably somewhere with better reviews. If that doesn't convince you, look at the owners responses to negative reviews that discuss their bad experience with this store and its owner.

Been nearly 20 years since I walked into this shop. Great to see the old boy still has the same sense of humour.Helped me out with a hard to get part for my bike. Had a great chat, a laugh.A bit of a look around. The guys there know their stuff. The restoration work is second to none. Thanks again guys.

Got a kids Quad serviced prior to selling it. Lisa was very friendly and the young lad that serviced the quad very helpful. If I hadn't sold the Quad I would have been bringing it back for regular servicing without hesitation.

Yes, Graham and Lisa.I am suing this company and if you'd like to help by providing a statement of your experience with them, I'd be very grateful.I'd also like to offer anyone on here free legal information to lodge claims against this company and take them to court to hold them accountable, or assist you in lodging claims wity the department of commerce and consumer protection.Please contact me if you'd like assistance. I will not charge you.Please comment if you have been lied to by Graham, ripped off, mislead about repairs and parts or if he gas failed to honour your warranty.

Horrendously bad customer service. Just trying to buy a pair of gloves and had to wait around for 15 minutes and still couldn't get served. Guys were way too interested trying to talk up and sell other stuff and couldn't spare 2 minutes.Gave up and will not coming back for anything.

Brilliant company. We bought new gear, had to get a tyre repaired and also had a full service and repairs on our quad.

Never Been into this shop before. I rang up twice and was abused on the phone. The Owner then had the Audacity to say that I was violent in the store and had to have police called. I HAVE NEVER SET FOOT IN THE SHOP. I suggest others stay away too
