Appreciate the work and responsibility that took by Hallam Trico team. We have sent 2 solar panels to Sri Lanka and collected those without any single scratch. They have packed it very well also they charged us reasonable price for the shipment. Most importantly they have informed the shipment though emails and text messages including all the relevant details.Highly recommend.

Exceptional Service

I used them to import my freight from China. I spoke to them and explained that I was unfamiliar with the process and really didn’t want any hidden Costs.They gave me a quote and explained what would happen. Not once was it discussed that my freight could be susceptible to storage fees.I did not get any information when my freight had arrived in Australia. Only once it had been unloaded and put in to storage which was well after the allotted 3 days at the port and had been in storage for 6 days.It was taken to the freight company with out my knowledge or consent and put into storage where I was then charged a exuberant fee for each day it was in storage.The freight company would not release my item until I paid these fees. Which was over $2000 for 8 days in total.When I asked the import broker why or how this had happen , they explained that they have this problem them self yet did nothing to help me. And allowed me be caught out .Also informed me after the fact, that if I couldn’t have gotten the freight In The 3 days they could have organised it to be picked up and put in their storage facility for a small fee . All this information was give to me after the fact and costs had occurred . So not helpful at all.I then had to arrange my fright from Brisbane to a Rural freight Depot costing me less then $300.I was however given a quote from them for for the same freight for over $1500 when I first engaged in their services. so double check everything they tell you.

I didn't get far enough to experience there actual service, because the individual I was speaking with was such a passive aggressive and unhelpful A-hole, I moved on asap. If you're new to using a freight forwarder, I wouldn't recommend using these guys... from my experience, anyway!
