Having suffered with alopecia, everyone at Chiquel was so understanding. To be honest I was a bit embarrassed before going in, but once you're there they make you feel ok to express what you are going through. I will without a doubt be coming back to continue making purchases. Thank you Chiquel!

Very disappointed in the new hair extensions I recieved after being with my hair extension specialist for over 5 years I decided to give Chiquel's extensions a go.. I wish I didn't. Overpriced for the extensions. Extensions apparently Brazilian hair" however I truly do not believe it is "Brazilian Hair" lots and lots short hair in the wefts

I’ve finally had the opportunity to book in to Chiquel after a friend had been recommending their services for the last 2 years. Their services offered far exceed anything else local to me and the quality of the products used is exceptional. Far more importantly is the experience of the staff in a very niche industry. So much more than just a hair salon.

Very rude customer service. The lady looked me up and down judgementally with pursed lips and said I couldn’t try on wigs without paying $45 first. I have been to multiple wig shops and purchased many wigs and never heard of a cover charge or been treated so badly. She clearly judged me as someone who wasn’t fancy enough to be in her precious bougiouse shop. Blatant classism. Congratulations you just lost $250.

I came to you guys all the way from central Victoria, not knowing I really should have made an appointment, however the lovely lady at the desk said come and take a seat". After an awful haircut a ponytail that matched my hair perfectly was placed in my hair and I instantly burst into tears. I had my beautiful hair back in an instant. I also then bought another piece that I could pin into a bun. I'm actually a hairdresser that specialises wedding hair updos. For someone to butcher my hair short I was devastated. You guys saved me. Thank you. I shall refer all my brides to you for their hair pieces from now on due to your exceptional range and service."

I recently came across this salon, I have a friend who is going through chemo and has found it difficult to find a wig that suits. She lives interstate so it's helpful that they have such an updated website. The staff were really friendly and helpful. My friend came from interstate to see the salon today and felt really comfortable with the staff. It's nice to see my friend smile and feel confident again in her new hairpiece :).

From the moment my sister and I walked in we felt welcomed and experienced the most professional and helpful service. I highly recommend Chiquel to everyone. They have a huge range of synthetic wigs to human hair wigs and the quality is amazing. Thank you again for the lovely experience.

Came in with my sister and was looking to buy a wig for my mum who was going through chemotherapy. Being in a wheelchair she was unable to come with us. I asked the blonde lady “helping” us if I was able to take a photo to show my mum and she said no for whatever reason. How am I supposed to spend $500+ on a wig for my sick mother who could not come into the store without showing her!? I left feeling extremely upset and could not believe at how inconsiderate this woman was.
