My 10 year old son was having some difficulties concentrating with some increasing anxieties and worries. He did the RBTI analysis and followed Sue's regime and dietary advice, and we have since noticed a big improvement in his eating habits, (focusing on the right foods), he is no longer craving sugar, has improved sleep and he seems a lot more restful and relaxed in general. Unfortunately I think I’ve been scammed. Decon Solutions quoted (and requote even more after a site visit) a fair bit for lead removal, fine, it’s a complicated job and we need it done safely. Then I deposit $2200 and they send a kid who seems to know very little, doesn’t wear PPE and has a Bunnings vacuum (should be H class for toxic waste) and he does just 1/10th of the explicitly quoted area. Then they try to ask for another $2000 to finish the rest. If a genuine misquote they should have taken it on the chin, as they clearly communicated a much larger surface area in their written quote. Yet all I get is the owner swearing at me over the phone.I think all the other reviews on here look possibly fake or in-house (see lack of detail, odd language and the overuse of “thankx”). Be careful of associated companies like Enviro Force doing the same.I’m shocked they’re preying on young families dealing with lead poisoning, a highly emotional and dangerous situation. I think we’ll be heading down the VCAT route as after attempting to resolve with the owner (he wants to keep over $1000 of my deposit for things like office admin and a site visit where they got everything wrong anyway?). They will not refund our $2200 deposit despite misquoting, poor safety conduct and an aggressive attempt at resolution. I’m just grateful we didn’t continue our work with them as they would have dry scraped most of the paint that wasn’t even covered with chemical removal, and created lead dust with our 18-month-old on the receiving end.If you massively misquote and mislead a customer then that’s on you, I would never have agreed to the price you say it should have been if your site visit was done accurately.

Sue has helped bring my kids back to health and has taught me about how important feeding my children the right nutrition is. The RBTI testing gives a real time reading of current health status. It is totally underrated!

Great service.Got the results really quickly. Didn't need any special tools or forms as such. Had a little mishap with cutting my bird's toenail which bled. Had a bit of blood on a tissue which we had used to stop the bleeding. Bagged it up and sent it off for analysis. Didn't require ordering the blood kit.I'm glad we did it, at least we can finally give it a gender.
