I needed a heavy unboxed item picked up from a GraysOnline warehouse and shipped to Adelaide. That involved copies of ID, appropriate OH&S procedures and a bunch of other detail. Joey and his team were absolute rock stars. Great communication and nothing was too hard for them. The pricing was very good. Keep up the great work Pack & Send Dandenong!

I used Pack and Send Dandenong to transport a vintage computer to Brisbane. As it was over 30 years old I was a bit worried that it would arrive without damage - it arrived in perfect condition which was a great result. As the total weight was 29kgs, the guys split the shipment into two boxes to ensure it did not go over the 30kgs OHS limit for drivers, which would have cost more. First time I have used this courier company and I was impressed.

I sold a 1930's vintage radio to a buyer in Italy. This was a very delicate item that could easily be damaged by rough handling. Joey from PackSend Dandenong provided excellent professional fast service and ensured that this item arrived in Italy with absolute no damage at all and the end result was the buyer was delighted. I was of course worried that a radio that was nearly a metre high and nearly 400 wide would be damaged but this was not the case. I cannot recommend them more highly. A very happy buyer and a very happy seller. Thanks!

Arranged shipping for a musical instrument which only had a soft case through Pack & Send. Spoke to Joey there who arranged to packaging the item for shipping. It was extremely well packed - the best packaged item I've received. Excellent customer service, very attentive! Highly recommend.

Excellent communication, help and pricing. I would 100% use them again. They couldn't have made the process any easier. My marble chess table and stand arrive safely wrapped and very fast. I don't get impressed easily and they highly impressed me. 12/10.
