I have attended several workshops at Peak Wellbeing and have left elevated and inspired each and every time. The atmosphere is so warm and welcoming and I learn so much about myself.I have also had a massage from Heather which was AMAZING. She is very intuitive and warm, but most importantly I leave energised after going in tired and with a sore neck.Highly recommend. Good for the soul!

Wish I could give this place more than 5 stars. Absolutely, best Thai spa in Brisbane. I went to Deva for a spa pedicure which is including classic pedicure, neck, head, back and foot massages, gel colour, foot scrub etc. Friendly staff, comfortable atmosphere, clean and professional service.

My nails came out amazing, Cara and Peary were great! They are so kind,gentle and professional. It was the most comfortable I've felt getting my nails done and head, neck and shoulders massaged.100% recommend! Thank you!

Restore and Breath class by Jasmine on Friday night was just magic.Heated room with everything provided.Stretching with the breath loosing up my shoulders, hips, back and sides. Relaxing with lavender scent whilst Gong and Wind Chimes played. Great way to end my week with my besties there.

Loved my Onsen and massage experience today and have left feeling completely restored! The 45min Onsen was a perfect way to unwind and switch off before my massage. I highly recommend a massage with Jordan - his knowledge and technique was incredible and stands out as one of the best massages I've ever had. Everyone was lovely and the space had a great energy.

Jin was amazing and incredibly strong if you need a really firm remedial massage. The staff all understood clearly my needs and catered to them. Will become a frequent client moving forward.

Hidden gem! Onsen are run on natural magnesium which is actually beneficial for the body, instead of the usual nasty chlorine. The whole operation is pristine - Japanese cleanliness level! The various offerings are connected by a central garden with bonsai and a place to drink tea. I'm looking forward to working my way through all of their other offerings of this winter. So happy to find a place in Adelaide that does cupping too.

This place is truly a hidden gem in Adelaide: from the welcome you receive, the calming courtyard garden or the beautiful treatment and event rooms, to the absolute bliss of being able to relax in the hot mineral bath (onsen). I can't recommend Peak Wellbeing highly enough.
