Bupa Dental Bondi Junction

Had an appointment booked with Dr Pierre to get an aching tooth fixed.As a first time patient, i was a bit anxious but Pierre made the whole experience relaxing. He explained and simplified everything for me to understand. Personal yet professional, Dr Pierre definitely knows his stuff!Will be recommending Pierre to family and friends moving forward! Thank you Bondi Bupa Dental and Dr Pierre!

George Mangoulias Has to be one of the worst dentists I have ever been too, he charges you the highest gap for a tiny bit of glue for a retainer and every other examination is a RORT! Would never go back everything they do is unprofessional and unreliable and the service is rude and impolite. They deserve no stars

Dr Pierre's level of professionalism is unlike any other! He is so knowledgable and explains everything in really simple to terms me so I can understand. He is punctual and always warm and friendly from the beginning! He quickly diagnosed my impacted wisdom tooth causing problems. He was thorough and arranged x-rays and referrals for me, explaining the alternatives throughout. He definitely takes the fear out of going to the dentist! I would highly recommend. 5 stars!

Fantastic job by Dr Pierre!Every time I have to see a dentist (and a hairdresser) I start stressing at least 24hrs before. Dr Pierre took time to explain everything to me before and during the procedure. He was really professional, gentle and calm which helped me to relax- thank you for all your help! I will definitely be back and recommend Dr Pierre to everyone!.

I’ve seen a couple of bad reviews but they are the complete opposite to my experience. I’m someone who has a huge fear of the dentist! But the team at Bupa dental really do care and make me feel so well looked after. Ive been treated by a few of the dentists and always had a positive experience. Also the staff on the front desk… shout out to James.. absolute legend!! and the biggest hype man you could ask for.Would definitely recommend whether you are a bupa member or not. :)

If I could review zero I would.- i was given an xray on my teeth and the dentist made me hold up the equipment because it keeps falling down! Literally I am lying on the reclined seat holding up an xray machine to my head. Ridiculous!! Fix your equipment!- next I was given a ‘panoramic’ xray. While he was turning it on I felt a horrible tingling sensation on my head which lasted a while. Its been three days since of having headaches/ nausea and a horrible metallic taste in my mouth. I hope to God that that I am not radiated from your negligence!!- i reached out to the dentist and have been ignored!! Will you be repaying my GP check up and any issues I have in the future from your equipment??Awful!!!!

I had wisdom teeth extraction last week, with one of the dentist at the clinic, one of the tooth was perfectly extracted, but the other one broke and made things a bit complicated, as I had to see an specialist, luckily doctor Pierre was in at the time and make time avialible on his schedule to see me. I want to thank doctor Pierre for his professionalism and the gesture to fix my tooth. He was also very kind an friendly.I highly recommend his services.Thanks again doctor Pierre.

Such a worst clinic I’ve ever visited. The doctor is reluctant to answer my questions and didn’t do proper cleansing. When I made complaint about it politely, the manager is so rude and unprofessional. I’ll never ever visit the clinic anymore.

I had my 1st appointment with an dentist after 11yrs.. Dr Pierre truly made me trust him. He was very calm, he listened to my all fears and he reassured me all the way to the end of my treatment!! He tried to speak in my mother language to make me feel more comfortable! He made sure that I will not feel a thing and he took his time to explain every step he was making. Dr Pierre thank you for all you did for me today!!I appreciate how patient you were and how professional!! You are the best in your kind!!

I have been frequently visiting BUPA Dental, Bondi Junction over the past year. The staff are always very welcoming and polite. Dr Berger is one of the best dentists I have met. He is very friendly, gentle and provides an excellent service. He is very thorough and took the time to explain my dental health. I am extremely happy with the quality of work I have had done by Dr Berger. He is an understanding and compassionate dentist.
