Me and my mum came in today and Morgan (girl) was unbelievably helpful! She explained everything is amazing details and helped us make a good choice for the new phone and headphones we bought! She is just wonderful! We appreciate her so much!

The main reason I avoid this store is the staff here are very robotic. The staff at the counter told me I was waiting in the wrong place and treated me like I was stupid, even though another staff member told me to wait there as they were getting something for me from the back. The security is also extremely intrusive as they always want to search my whole bag, even when I offer.The Chatswood Chase one deserves at least a 4 star though as the staff are a lot friendlier and the security doesn’t treat you like a criminal.

Morgan helped me find a laptop. Had to leave a review because their service was honestly amazing! They knew an incredible amount and I walked away with a full cart of goodies

Quentin at JB HIFI Chatswood Westfield helped my son and I purchase our new TV’s. He was so knowledgeable and helpful, went out of his way to explain everything and gave us the best deal. Customer service was amazing, thank you Quentin very very much.

Great, friendly and helpful staff. Simple and convenient layout. Special mention to the store managar and assistant store managers as they seem to train their staff very well. Find the best deals, enjoy! A+

I visited the store this morning to purchase a new laptop computer. Karen was delightful to deal with! She went above & beyond to help me.She was patient and kind, answered all of my questions with a sound knowledge of the products in store.Am grateful Karen provided exceptional customer service!

Even though it was very busy I found the staff helpful, polite and personable. Shout out to Liam for helping me preorder my phone and Chris for all of his advice. Made it so easy and I would recommend any of their telecommunications staff. They are honest and give perfect advice. Thanks again!

This JB doesn't have the best fit out, it had a beeping noise for the majority of the time I was in there - But why did I rate it 5 stars? Because Brian, my customer service rep was 10 out of 10! Go see him if you need advice on a purchase. Highly recommended.

It’s JB HiFi, one store is pretty much the same as another. This one is conveniently located in Westfield so only a short walk from transport and handy to drop into if you’re in Westfield for other things. It’s a reasonable size store but far from their biggest however carries a full range of stock and plenty of staff to point you in the right direction. One extra star awarded for using Daria on the in-store merchandising…la la la la-la…

I visited the establishment expecting to receive high-quality service and was left thoroughly disappointed.The staff appeared uninterested and disinterested in their work, and it showed in the poor quality of service provided. They were rude and unprofessional, making me feel as though my satisfaction was of no importance to them. My requests for assistance were met with “i don't care about you” and exasperated sighs, indicating a deep lack of interest in their jobs.The service provided was of low quality and unsatisfactory. The servers showed no interest in making sure that their customers were looked after, leaving me feeling dissatisfied and uncomfortable throughout my visit, in other words they don’t take care the customer just want to sell.To say that the service was 'terrible' would be an understatement. I wouldn't recommend this establishment to anyone who values their time, money, and satisfaction. It is beyond understanding how an establishment can claim to be in business providing service when their staff shows no interest in doing their job.
