Liars.!!! Rental property was disgusting.!I inspected one of Bloom Estate Agents rental properties.Upon applying for it I was told the house would be absolutely clean, walls/floors/yards would all be cleared and all clean before moving in, i was also told the broken Dishwasher and oven would be replaced and working before moving in.So I applied and got approved.3 weeks after being approved I go into the office to pick up the keys and was told the following things;the house was left in a messy state by the previous tenant.house keys and garage remote had NOT been returned to the agency the Dishwasher was still Broken the oven was broken, the yards had not been done at all in the back or front. the garage was full of rubbish and had beer bottles and a motorbike still in it, property had broken windows.I went straight to the property as I had removalists meeting me there with my furniture I walked in to the property it absolutely REEKED it was a foul smell through the whole house, the house was ATROCIOUS to say the least.The bathroom wall had a blood smear on it, multiple walls had holes everywhere and were heavily marked. The ceilings were disgusting and had mutliple patches on them. Some blinds were falling off and broken some couldn't even be opened/closed.2 broken windows.Absolute JOKE of a real estate. How on earth do you think it was safe to move my four young children into this house knowing very well the previous tenant still had access to enter the house because the keys were not returned?How on earth was i suppose to feed my family with a broken oven?On what planet did you believe it was clean and safe?The house was a herendous and shows you the standard of this real estate agent / office.I had to immediately arrange alternative living arrangements and also store all my furniture and the Bloom agents had no remorse at all.DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL!! HONESTLY NOT SAFE, NOT CLEAN, THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT PEOPLE OR THEIR FAMILIES. THEY OBVIOUSLY DONT CARE ABOUT THE STATE OF THE PROPERTIES THEY MANAGE!!! BLOOM ESTATE AGENTS RENTAL PROPERTIES ABSOLUTE DISGRACE !!

I'm a bit wary of this business unfortunately as I had received a call from one of their property managers Michelle asking if I owned a rental property in Tarneit. I do not and actually live no where near there there so I'm not sure how they ended up with my mobile number, it honestly worries me. If you would like to inform me how you have come across my number in the first place and decided that you could just call someone randomly whom you had little to no information on is just baffling to me. Very unprofessional to have then said wrong person and hang up! With all the scams going around lately I hope this isn't one of them too.

First time leasing our house was very stressful but Shravya made it so easy and stress-free. Her attention to detail is just superb. We are also very happy that she found us a tenant ahead of time and she even adjusted the date of movement to suit our needs.I would definitely recommend Shravya from Bloom Estate Agent to everyone. You will not be dissapointed rest assured.

Absolutely disgraceful agency!!! I cannot believe owners have you lot take care of their properties! The property i walked into was absolutely putrid to say the very least! And you lot were more then happy to try and lease it in the state it was in to the very next person without any care factor what so ever!! And to have the nerve to stand there and say the property was clean?? The petting zoo takes better care of their shelters than you take care of peoples homes.Terrible customer service, no care for safety of your tentants, absolutely no standard for clean living. I hope you lot at bloom are not proud to be leasing such trash! To the home owners of the rental properties i feel sorry for you, your homes are being neglected and trashed by this disgraceful office called bloom!

Frauds!!One word review and minus 5stars if I could. Worst and most dodgy real estate agents in Western Suburbs. Do not trust a single word they say. As owners or renterns. As buyers or sellers. Only thing you will get guaranteed is fraud. They will steal your money. Let your tenant take you to vcat due to their mistakes and on top of all do financial fraud with you. Shravya is the worst and most careless of them all. But I am sure it comes from the top leadership and they are all the same. They do not address your complaints and let you fall in big mess. Stay away!!
