Goldmark Baldivis

I purchased a $400 Ladies watch from Goldmark Baldivis and the lady took a coupleof links out as it was to big. Over the next couple of days the pin kept falling out.When I took it back for them to fix it they wanted to charge me. So I took my watchto my local watch man who fixed it for free and I haven't had a problem with it since,No thanks to Goldmark!!

Terrible service, I came in to exchange a ring that I had been given for a birthday gift but unfortunately it was too small. I came in asking if I could exchange it for something else it took the lady a good few minutes before replying that I could, confusing me making me think it was not possible. Once she said I could instead of allowing me to look around she was rushing me to choose something. I eventually chose something in the matter of only being in the shop less then 10minutes. Her tone of voice was rude and a bit prudish to be honest. Am not happy with the service given. The other lady who put through my exchange only said goodbye have a good day and that little bit of talking was 10 times nicer then the lady who served me. It’s not hard to act happy and kind when your working, you don’t have to mean it but at least try.

Fantastic customer service. Buy something here and you are safe. My wife bought a watch for me which developed an intermittent fault after 18 months. They sent it away and, when the fault could not be found, gave me the choice of any new watch in the store up to the price my wife had paid. Good will and good business practice.

Ladies here are fabulous! Helpful, honest, and so very friendly. I purchased 3 beautiful pieces, 2 of which were on layby and each week it was a delight going in to pay off a little. Just need to make some more money so I can go back! Thanks for your consistently high level of customer service :-)

Was chasing a DKNY watch for a present and Ellen and her staff didn't mess around giving me a great price and great service thank you.

Hello to all upper management,A huge thankyou goes out to Dianne from your Baldivis store!!She was so kind ....my puppy chewed one of my precious earrings that was gifted to me years ago from my partner...it had sentimental value and Dianne was kind enough to locate a similar pair of earrings for me!!
