Victorian Laser & Skin Clinic - Laser Hair Removal Mount Waverley

Would not recommend this place for anybody who wants their botox injections to actually work. I spent a lot of money here on botox and filler only to still have considerable movement all over my forehead. This salon is not cheap, but at least when they had a decent nurse there, I could see the results. My last two visits have been with different nurses and I have been pretty unhappy with the results. This is the second time now that the botox was insufficient to get the results I wanted. I am happy to pay for the results I want, but right now I feel robbed. Very unhappy and will never come back. Stay away unless you want to over pay and have the product fail to work.

I want to say Thanks to Sophie. She’s super gentle and very caring. She’s been my therapist from so many years I would recommend Sophie for her genuinely nice attitude and she’s a great person, very friendly and keeps you inform well ahead of your appointments of any changes. During lockdown she was very professional and supportive,every email i sent to enquire about rescheduling my appointments she was very quick to respond. M very happy with the service. She makes me very comfortable. Thank you Sophie.I want to say thanks to Kristy as well for being super friendly and quick to resolve any issues with my packages. Thank you.

The staff always go above and beyond and provide not only impeccable service they are incredibly friendly, professional, full of knowledge and will advise you accordingly. Got laser hair removal here and filler. I've gotten filler somewhere else but by far is it better here. Highly recommend. Staff are lovely amd upfront about the cost, no hidden fees.
