Tried to book online. The website was slow and directed me to an app store when I tried to make a booking. I don't have an iPhone so I couldn't book. They were booked out when I arrived. Waste of time.

My man came home with an ugly haircut! Uneven! Cut shorter than expected, you clearly didn’t listen to him when he told you what he wanted. And why don’t you use scissors before you just shave off the hair. Even an amateur knows that!

Partner went back for a trim after a previous hair cut and was left with an awfully uneven cut in the back that will need to be corrected somewhere. Pretty disappointed considering the first cut was great and had no issues. Will not be returning for any future trims.
