I contacted the team at CRHE as I was told that a charging issue with my daughter’s laptop couldn’t be repaired, and it would cost less to buy a new laptop than replacing the part. Nelson was able to repair the laptop at a reasonable price and save the cost of buying a new laptop. Nelson’s service was prompt and professional, and communication was excellent throughout the process.
