I found the quote competitive. The rep arrived on time and was knowledgeable about his products. We had a theee track mirror robe doors fitted in the fourth bedroom so we could access the space easily and a 4 door Matt white solution for out hallway storage. Also able to get good access. The installer was on time and very quick in installing the doors. We were very happy with the job and would recommend Betta.

We replaced an out of date shower sliding door with a new shower door. From start to finish the process was great. We didn't have to wait long for a quote and were able to change a few ideas after the quote was done easily and without fuss. The installation was fast and the installer did a brilliant job and took away the old screen. Thanks

While I was initially very happy with Betta wardrobes product and efficiency and delivering the product (we've had 4 wardrobes done with them over a many years), over time I've felt disappointed with the fact that laminate is peeling off 3/4 of the wardrobes. Mostly I was frustrated with how it was handled. I feel a mark of a really good company that cares is not just delivery of the product but the aftercare and how they handle a problem when it arises. Unfortunately this was a big disappointment. The Pymble store asked me to call or email another number which I did and was shut down immediately being told this is not a warranty problem

Ordered (and paid deposit) for several fitted cabinets in Aug22. They cancelled original fitting for Nov22, saying it would pushed back to Jan. Chased them, only to be told in Feb23 they were canceling the order because the price of materials had gone up! Buyer beware.
