Coastal Medical Imaging

Poor service by most staff on front counter. Asked to wear a mask (which I am definitely ok with) only to watch staff sit there talking about their weekends with masks around their chins, or removing mask to talk on the phone??????Was informed service was bulk billed on making appointment, had imaging done, told was right to go as bulk billed and then on way home was called by the staff stating I had to pay as we had not had an x-ray prior to having imaging done. Took several phone calls to sort this issue out.Definitely will not use again.

The doctor and nurse who performed my fine incision biopsy were seriously so amazing. The doctor explained everything so well and the nurse was the perfect distraction. I barely felt the anaesthetic needle and felt so comfortable throughout the whole procedure. I was so worried leading up to it but felt so happy and relieved with how easy the procedure was. I know not to be worried now about any further procedures I may need. Thank you thank you to the beautiful doctor and nurse. I wish I could remember their names. Amazing work!

Dr Sean O’Connor and Melissa were absolutely amazing and I cannot thank them enough. To say they are extremely professional, kind and caring would be an understatement. I am highly anxious whilst having needles but I felt so safe and comfortable with Dr Sean and Melissa. They both went above and beyond with their care for me and I now have no pain in my heel thanks to their hard work. I would highly recommend Coastal Medical Imaging to anyone!

Cameron did my ultrasound today he was a very kind pleasant person, very impressed he has very good people skills. Felt very relaxed in his presence.

Very disappointed with this establishment's administration. I had an appointment for an injection, made a fortnight before my due visit. Twice within the fortnight I received a call asking if I wanted an earlier appointment and neither time was imagery mentioned. This morning I was due to attend my appointment and received a call to say that I was required to have imagery done prior to my injection! Very poorly handled and the caller seemed almost dismissive as I explained my annoyance. A new 2 appointments over 2 days now to allow for the process which should have been handled initially. Mistakes happen but this is very poor administration. A disappointing start for a new client to this establishment..

A massive Thank You Dr Sean O'Connor and Melissa for providing the absolute best care possible to me during a FNA and core biopsy. Their care, compassion and professionalism is something I have never experienced in my years of procedures and I will not forget. I cannot recommend them highly enough.10/10

My experience with these guys was second to none. Even when I was an anxious mess they calmed me down and by the time I left I felt like the weight of the world had been lifted off my shoulders. I can’t thank Dr Sean and Melissa enough! Pair of absolute legends!!

no matter the referral, i'll always go here instead. So professional, quick and easy. not like others where there are 19 menu options to go thru and then your call still doesn't get answered for 10 minutes (actually 6, but still)
