Shell Coles Express Spotswood

I have been going to this petrol station for the past 7 years and it has been the best. Open 24hrs and has all the essentials groceries for last minute shopping. Very convenient. Great customer service.

Same here for the public toilet. Will fill a full tank somewhere else as well.

Standard servo, decent range of groceries, open 24 hours. No public toilet available, really gotta go? During daylight hours there is a toilet in the pavilion across the road between the two ovals. At night better try elsewhere.

I just went to this Shell Coles in Spotswood and didn't have a nice experience at all. I needed a change over of bottle and an ice bag and of course they don't ever come out of their work counter and help even to get something to help a customer. I didn't want to get my kids out of the car for this reason so quickly got the bottle and ice when I headed back to give the keys and the counter guy said did you put back the other bottle. My answer was no I didn't because you didn't tell me to and he said no no you need to put it back. there was no one in the store to serve there was no one waiting so I kindly asked him if he minded putting the bottle back I said I have kids in the car does he mind doing it. Of course the answer was no so took my gas bottle and ice bag back to my car where my kid was crying. Reversed closer to the gas bottle container to then get my kid out of the car as was crying by that point, to go and collect the key again, to open it and put it back in, to then give key back all while been watched by the counter guy. What an absolute joke. Sometimes it ok to help, as we know most places are self service but come on. I will find a different petrol station to be my new regular. Do not recommend the service here.

Very nice servo very friendly staff and the servo is very clean not like any ather servo best for last minute grocery and their sandwiches are the best

Called in to get fuel and desperately needed to use the rest room. I was told that they do not have a public restroom. How can a Coles express not supply a public rest room. I would have thought that this was a basic facility that would automatically be part of the service. I won't be going back anytime soon that's for sure.

I don't know why.... but the staff here are hilarious. Even in a 1 minute interaction you can tell that they're funny and kind. They have all the food and drink stuffs you need plus some common household items when you can't be bothered doing the full supermarket shop.
