They may need more staff cuz hard to find someone for help.They need to inform customers about the tentative date or time period of any delivery.I didn’t get what I ordered on the date I was told a month ago & when I called the store to ask the girl kept telling me there are more ppl waiting for exact same TV as well instead of giving me a rough estimate for delivery.I asked her again about any estimate & she kept repeating same thing that there are more ppl waiting.Don’t appreciate this reply & the attitude.don’t recommend this store.I’ve been to other JB-Hifi stores as well & never had such a bad experience.

Worst customer service, display laptops not working with unprofessional sales staff. Insisting to purchase a laptop without using or testing it. When the display laptop had problems in turning it on.

Good service, lots of electronic kit as always, helpful staff. Night many things there from Hi-Fi movies, CD’s Dyson fan etc… all good prices so far.

Friendly staff and always have what I'm after. Prices are good, and if they don't have the shows/movies I'm after they will order it for you. Most staff seen knowledgeable about their sections and products in said sections. Better than the service and over pricing from Harvey Norman

I like this store, as it just feels a lot more open than some jbs. Interacted with a staff member with a DVD question, and they were both helpful and friendly.

Good shop to get what you need if you know where it is. However, most of the staff will ignore you or focus on things that aren't related to helping you, Waited 20 minutes for someone only to be told they went to lunch. I mean, who does that ?

JB HiFi was very good value for their Stadium XLR mic cable. JB were easy to get to from the southern entrance of Plenty Valley Shopping Centre. The service by the staff was faultless!
