Snooze Mandurah

Quite disappointed with our experience here, waited 6 weeks for a bed frame to arrive, had 0 contact from the store until I called them myself. When calling the last time they said the bed frame had been with them for over a week but I hadn’t been called. No delivery for Saturdays for months (me and my partner work in construction) until I told them I had one of their loan bed frames, then they booked us in for the Saturday that week with no problem.. :-) the last part was good service as they sorted the problem pronto, and the bed frame is lovely, that’s where my 3 stars come from.

Kelly and Vicky were amazing! We had previously been in and picked the bed frame we wanted with Kelly, but had to wait for approval from our bank and when that came in, Kelly and Vicky provided us with amazing service and made sure we were looked after in every way, even though there was a wait, we felt seen and looked after while we did. They are wonderful ladies and I would recommend seeing them if you ever need a bed!

Vicki is a real asset to this company, amazing service so friendly, knowledgeable and extremely understanding with my partners bad back! She made us feel like we were the only people in the store.She is great!Thank you again Vicki for giving us a great mattress shopping experience ❤️

Service at the time of purchase was amazing. Bed frame was delivered the next day and was told the bedside tables would take 4 weeks max.After 5 weeks I called and the purchase order hadn’t even been put through. After a total of 5 months since the purchase date I called and was told someone had been trying to contact me (there is no calls in my call log). Finally arranged delivery of the bedside tables.When we opened them one was damaged. I called the next day and was told to email through photos. I have done so. It has been two weeks and I am still waiting for follow up.If you buy with snooze you will spend your time endlessly following up wanting your purchases with excuses as to why your product has not been delivered. Or you will be stuck with a damaged product. It may be a small damaged dent but for what I paid for the set expectation is to get it undamaged.

Had a great experience today instore with Vicki, she helped us out with style and size of bed that we needed even though we were in decisive. Very friendly experience and very knowledgeable.

We had the most wonderful service today, we didn’t feel rushed, we felt important and more importantly we felt heard. The lady Vicki was amazing and provided a solution to our sleeping issue within seconds that not even a doctor could provide me. She gave me hope that I will be sleeping better in no time. Thank you Vicki for your help and kindness today. This is what great customer service looks like and thats rare these days. We purchased a really great adjustable base and mattress.

Put a big deposit down on base and mattress. Cancelled order within 2-3 days and asked for my deposit back. Manager has said no refund of deposit. My deposits been there since November last year. We spoke on the phone once last year in November were you refused a refund. Today you offered me all but $700 which was to cover your storage and and the delivery of the bed base to you. You will eventually sell that bed base, if not I'm glad I didn't end up with it as a no sale speaks of it's quality. No heart or good will. You know i have recently been diagnosed with a life threatening illness. You said you didn't want to know. Need that deposit back to help pay my medical bills. The matter is resolved to your satisfaction not mine.
