I was stranded away from home at night, and even roadside assistance wasn't available until morning. To make matters worse, Costco Marsden Park refused to fix my tire due to being busy, which led me to cancel my membership. He answered promptly and provided me with an exact time of arrival. Sunny's service impressed me greatly. He is a polite and courteous gentleman with exceptional customer service and work skills. Sunny is amazing at what he does! I contacted him late last night (close to midnight) via message and he replied promptly as I had a screw lodged into my tire when I got home. He organised to come out and inspect it the next morning without any fuss. He arrived promptly on time with a smile and good attitude to explain what he’s doing every step of the way.I highly recommend his skills and expertise and the way he conducts his business.

I had a run flat tyre blow the inner wall, stuck on the side of the road.One phone call to Sunny and he had two new tyres sorted for me, came out, changed both and checked the other two tyres to make sure I was safe to go.Sunny, your service and willingness to help is an absolute credit! My car wasn't turning on. It was late night and I was in so much stress! I contacted Sunny and he answered the call straight away. He came in no time, did thorough inspection of my car and replaced the battery! Very reasonably priced too. Super efficient and very professional! Definitely recommend him!

Highly recommend Sunny from Back 2 Road Tyres, I woke up with a flat and no spare this morning and he got to me as quick as he could before I had to go to work and was so fast replacing 2 tyres. He was also really understanding about my budget and did all this in the rain. Great customer service to top it off, would definitely use this company again.

Sunny was very helpful and super quick he explained everything to me. The price for repair was so much cheaper then what I was quoted by other places. Sunny wasn’t able to repair the puncture but did put my spare on until I could get it replaced. Highly recommend!!
