Paper Product Supplier

This is our first time using MyDiary and I have been very impressed with the work of Louisa and her team from start to finish. Her ideas to get me started on what we wanted were great and nothing was a problem when asking for changes.The whole process has been extremely efficient and made very easy for me at my end.I can't wait to see the finished product.Would recommend Louisa and her team to any school looking for a great company to work with- and one that understands the varying needs of schools.

I cannot thank this wonderful company enough. I unfortunately had $100 worth of items stolen from my front door after the courier driver had left it there. I then contacted the company and the lovely Barbara was so kind and lovely to me and she worked her amazing magic and is now sending me my products for FREE!! What company does this? I cannot recommend them anymore highly. Thank you, once again from the bottom of my heart for everything that you have done for me and my family :)

Very poor customer service. Supplied my son a pink pencil case, said they would replace it, never heard from them again. I have followed up with them a couple of times and it's been over a month, but nothing.

Fabulous service and products. Would highly recommend them for all your packaging needs.

Great service, my printer is as good as new. I'll defiantly be coming back (but not too soon I hope) when I have ANY printer issues.

I always liked Ayres until their customer service started lacking last year. It would take them so long just to get back to me saying the items I wanted were out of stock. Constant delayed back and forth still not ending up with the boxes I wanted. They offered a credit when I wanted a refund. Eventually got it after persisting. Now trying to have my printing block released to another company is like trying to leave a cult. I was going to go back to them in March when my boxes were back in stock - but now I am so put off by how hard they make everything I will not be going back!!! Disappointed. Trying ImajPak's boxes next if Ayres ever releases my printing block...

So disappointed with the Management at Greenpack in response to their wrongfully advertised products. I ordered my first Pink Cups from them which were 8oz, 12oz and 16oz and was quite happy with the product so i ordered a second lot of Pink cups which are the slim line version 12oz and realised that the volume of last cups ordered were completely wrong by 20 percent in volume. The 8oz is actually 10oz and the 12oz is actually 14oz. Since our customers are used to the 10oz and 14oz cups if we were to go with the normal 12oz they would not be happy so we wanted to exchange back to the old size pink cups. Greenpacks Manager wants us to pay for the return and delivery of the products even though we wouldn't have this problem if the products advertised on their website was correct in the first place. It has also cost us more money as we have unknowingly been putting extra milk in the cups! Will be notifying ACCC of wrongfully advertised products.

Been buying for years and always have bags available which is why I changed over from other suppliers I was using.
