Harmonise HR

Myself and 3 other members of our staff did the HR workshop with Donna and it was great. We all walked away feeling empowered and much more knowledgeable on all things HR. Donna also has been helping us with some HR challenges and she has really gone above and beyond for us. Really grateful for all of her help thus far and intend to keep using her services in the future. Definitely would recommend for all Vet Clinics!

Donna's delivery on all things HR (a typically mind-numbing topic at times!) was outstanding. Her knowledge is excellent, her advice is sound, her sense of humour is brilliant and we couldn't be happier with the way she explained things in simple terms for us. Donna has been an absolute life saver! As a company that is not large enough to have a HR manager it has been difficult to ensure that we are across everything for our employees.Having completed the HR essentials course that Donna runs we have engaged Harmonise HR to update our Contracts and Position Descriptions.
