Great range of products, but the product I was after was incorrectly priced. It was also locked up and it is difficult to flag down a team member. When I did, team member went to get a key and returned about 10 minutes later to say he couldn't find one and would have to wait for another team member. I find they are often short-staffed. However, team are courteous and knowledgeable.They generally have good prices and can be handy for gift ideas.

I have to say that customer service at JB Hi Fi is pretty bad. But this store takes the cake. Unbelievably rude. I took my daughter in to buy a record and the person on the till did not acknowledge her, did not speak to her and did not thank her. Such a poor experience. Shop elsewhere.

Poor customer experience. They have big banners at the store claiming for 1 hour click and collect and they let me waiting at the store for almost 2 hours without bothering on check what was wrong with my order, until I finally got a call from the central saying they couldn't find the item and they asked me to cancel, saying they were unable to. So, 1 more hour waiting in the slowest chat queue ever.

Best customer experience!!! Best place to shop for electronic items. I broke my Mac last week and end up buying a new computer. Don't want to spend that much. tho. Thanks heaps Scott for the help.. he showed me different options. love my new Lenovo chromebook!! Got something that has best value for money.

Store manager denied a perfectly valid replacement request but after another discussion (in which he couldn’t even elaborate on his reasoning for denial) he agreed to the replacement - another staff member then informed us that we were definitely eligible for a replacement and has no idea why the store manager wouldn’t honour this originally.Seems like the store manager is rather temperamental and your refund/replacement is dependent on his mood. The 3 stars are purely for the employee we spoke to after the store manager messed us around.

Brookvale store is large so has great range on the floor. Prices are generally good but there are also bargains to be found especially when the sales are on. Staff are knowledgeable and friendly, bonus.

I rarely shop in store. I will seek out items online, if JB HiFi sells those items I'm looking for at the best price, then I would order it to be delivered to my home, pay by Visa or PayPal, usually arriving within a few days. Last time I ordered a few favourite music CDs and a DAB Mini Boom Box CD player & FM radio.
