I have the pleasure of Melissa Becroft from Global Skills being assigned as my consultant. As I am a mature aged job seeker (never been unemployed before and now looking for a career change), Melissa has been nothing short of exceptional. The fact that after listening to all my concerns and my current situation, there was absolutely no judgement. Melissa went immediately to work, making me feel relaxed and comfortable right from the start. She genuinely wants to help people. With her helpful, supportive and resourcefulness manner (assisting with the correct training and skills), I now feel I am moving forward in obtaining the necessary skills, giving myself the best opportunity to obtain employment in my chosen field.

Faseeha at Global Skills The Entrance is the best employment consultant I have been fortunate enough to work with. She is an amazing, intellengent, knowledgeable and calming person, and listens. I really enjoy seeing her. Always makes time for me. Apart from being amazing and wonderful, Faseeha is personable, professional, extremely capable and efficient, she does what she says she will do, and does it promptly. She is so patient and genuinely cares. A beautiful and kind person inside and out. Other team members there also seem lovely, and approachable.
