Its ok you just feel a bit uncomfortable they just watch you like a hawk its a junk shop not a jewelry store

Very good but crowded today

IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULDAsked the lady behind the counter for the help as to where a certain Xmas item was. She pointed and very rudely said down there. As I could not find the item I asked for her to show me as she didn't seem busy. Well that was a big mistake as she then yelled at me she was too busy and to go help myself. She continued to carry on and yell at me in front of other customers telling me she doesn't care when I pointed out her behaviour is unacceptable. I had already purchased items 20mins before hand now wish I hadn't and never will again. As I woke for a busy retail chain myself I was shocked this is how she think customer service works. Absolutely discusting behaviour and service from this lady. I strongly suggest no body shops here unless they want to treated very rudley.

If i could give no star rating i would have. Went there today an couldn't believe the blatant ripping off in prices. 1 lady volunteer said to another volunteer behind the counter to get a specific worker to price the Bamberry scarf because its a 'Bamberry' an when I left in disgust a fella that works there turned away 2 cars wanting to donate because he had too much outside to deal with. Well maybe if you priced your DONATED items reasonably your shop would turn over more stock and have more floor space. Don't know who does the pricing because the $$ your chasing for items are far fetched. Eg. Pair of 2nd hand 'Dior' (could have been a copy) sunnies were priced at $299. Cash converters are cheaper. The wrapping of the books in clear plastic with someone giving their comentary and condition opinion an unrealistic pricing on the overpriced books was a joke. If I want to pay retail prices I'd shop to buy brand new. Absolutely floored by this shop so I went 50 metres around the corner to Lifeline where I walked out with an armful of stuff, spent money for realistically priced items.

This store has nearly everything ... as far as household items anyway. The selection of craft supplies is extensive. The store is large and well maintained. The shelves are always well stocked and the staff are friendly and helpful. And, just as the name suggests, everything Is affordable.
