Purchased a Caravan for 78k over a week ago. Was told the van would be ready for collection today. Arrived on a schedule to collect the van at 9:30am. They still hadn’t moved the Caravan and expect me to now run late for work or make other arrangements. This does not fly when you spend almost 100k on a caravan that we could have purchased elsewhere. Was also told that they would do a deal on the van, instead they took $500 off the original asking price! Would not recommend and will be contacting the ACCC.I was told that it was going to be ready by today, it’s wasn’t. Not very happy and hope this warns off other potential buyers from purchasing here!!

We were looking for a caravan that had to fit our requirements, there was only one in Perth, a Jayco Starcraft, single axle with double bed shower toilet and allaccessories, and not a pop top.We finally found one at Midland City Caravan, also had one to sell.George and Debbie were very friendly and a pleasure to deal with.George sold ours on consignment with a promise of achieving our minimum amount to enable us to to buy the Jayco.All this was achieved in just over 2 weeks.We are very happy with our new caravan. Finally get around to reviewing my experience.In October 2017 I purchased a MGTF sports car from George. Advertised as unlicensed and Everything working - ready for the pits". Trouble starting and took for one minute drive around carpark. Purchased the car and arranged Temp licence to drive home. He suggested moving it on a truck instead. Con artist, liar, untrustworthy. Says one thing then does another. I discovered that george got me to reduce my price after he had already sold my caravan. Deb and george ahould try get their story straight. George was slow to pay, once he gets what he wants you can get stuffed. Not happy Jan!

George is a slime, would not trust a thing he says. My mothers caravan was on consignment as she didn't require it any longer as her husband had recently passed away. George put it up for an extra 10k on top of what mum wanted for it (which is fine) but after 2 months George calls mum up and talked her into selling the caravan for 1k less than what she wanted. I know when on consignment they need to make money but im sure old georgie would have made enough on the front end to not have to scrape a widow for some extra. By the sound of it this is the way they operate. Also found deb in the office to be incompetent as we had to send 6 emails to her and they somw how couldn't find them. Poor and dishonest service, 1/10 would not recommend. (They get the 1 for selling the caravan). George has also given himself a 5 star review in the third person with comments like friendly and helpful staff.

I have bought 2 caravans from them.why 2..because I was so appreciative of debs care and honesty when dealing with them. Will go back again.highly recommend. George isn't a slime. His nice..polite..and is there to run a businesd

I had a great experience at Mibland city caravans.The service from George and Deb was first class.Hard to find real good people these days.My recommendation for anyone looking to deal with this business is go ahead and do it just like me you won't be disappointed.Honesty and integrity goes a long way.Darrell Banks

We purchased a van from Midland in April 2019. We flew over from SA on Saturday morning to inspect, Deb was so helpful and accommodating, and stayed back after closing hours to assist. George arranged freight for us and Deb ensured the paperwork was in order, and kept in regular contact throughout the purchase period. Could not be happier with the service, thanks Deb & George
