Just a bacon and egg roll for 20mins waiting. Messy tasks distribution and horrible service I got. The staff can serve to a sitting guy but cannot see the guy who is standing in front of him for waiting. Btw if you don’t call the order with name, why do you ask name from customers? First time bad review, first time getting order from you and last time waste money in your store.

I was quite hungry on a late afternoon. Wanted something quick and easy, so I decided to try out their salads. Actually the salads looked great, and fairly priced, nothing wrong with their service as well.However the food got me disappointed, I got roasted vegetables and pesto pasta. I don’t think they put enough dressings on top, and the salads themselves have no flavour at all. Tasteless. Roasted potatoes were still hard. Didn’t even finish half of it. Really sad.

i got the chicken pesto pasta and i kid you not there was 2 pinky nail sized pieces of chicken on the top and i’ve been digging through the pasta for the past 5 minutes trying to find another piece of chicken to no avail. it’s literally all pasta. where’s the chicken ???

We ordered spinach pesto pasta, cold latte, banana bread and long black coffee. The pasta was pathetic though it looked nice. They didn't warmed up for us as they said they were closing, the pasta was undercooked too. I wish they would have denied us the food that way we would have saved our money. The food was bland without any prominent taste, no proper dressing. In fact the most simple banana bread was also not upto the mark. Highly disappointed with the food. No issues their services though.

Disappointing, when you asked for the sallad hallomi, the young lady who was wearing the black shirt with the word family, only puts the chick peas and hardly any hallomi, even whe I asked her to balance it. The same with the beef sallad-- tons of leafy green but hardly much meat 1 large and 2 tiny bits, while the chicken schnitzel was balanced. She kept grapping from one end of the serving plate...leaving all the best bits in the other end or the view of the observer ( false advertising of what might they get!). I've been to any branches of Soul Origins, but this branch needs to review the service or rationing certain ingredients such as the meat and white cheeses i.e. expensive bits. It needs to be balanced to reflect the name of the dish and the price we pay, I didn't pay for a 3-4 aud of green sallad and 1 small piece of tissue and a wooden fork. The taste was ok though.

I purchased a boxed pasta and the worker proceeded to pick up the opened box while digging her thumb into the contents of the food to pick it up. In the food industry you are taught safe food handling, the worker was NOT wearing gloves, as well as having long fake nails on (leaving food residue on her hands and under her nails). Please provide adequate training on safe food handling as well as cross contamination. Will not be coming back again.

I ordered catering from here for my daughter's birthday party, and it was excellent value! The food was great, everyone at the party commented on how nice it was and there was so much food! Will definitely do it again!

Never again ordered ham cheese tomato toasted sandwich and coffee . no cheese! and they cheated on the sandwich only has stuff on the one half that can bee seen by customers buying then coffee order wrong and by the time coffee sorted both sandwich and coffee cold!!!!
