These guys are just absolutely awesome. Great service!! They take the time to have a conversation with their clients. They explain the challenges they faced with the broken coffee machine and how they fixed it. Prices are more than reasonable. I would recommend everyone to go to them if you need to buy a new coffee machine or have yours serviced or fixed. The coffee they sell is top quality!!

Great range of coffee machines and coffee beans. Very happy with the advise provided on the coffee machines. So far, we have only tried 2 of their coffee bean selections and both of them have been good.

I like trying different coffee beans in my machine, I like a strong cup of cappuccino and so I source a dark roast bean. It was recommended by a friend to try Segafredo Zanetti Extra Strong beans. Ordered online, very quick delivery, love this coffee, certainly wakes me up in the morning. Will buy again for sure.

Very happy with the items that we purchased for our coffee vending machine. It arrived very fast. Their milk granules make the milk nice and frothy, Perfect for Cappuccinos! something that the other milks we have purchased elsewhere did not do. I will definitely be a return customer.

From my first visit to pick up coffee beans (bought online) to our next visit to buy a coffee machine, Segafredo were fabulously polite, helpful and generous. Rosario was amazingly honest and helpful; never suggesting the most expensive machine and alerting us to what weaknesses or negatives he felt existed in certain machines. Absolutely no BS sales pitches!! He price matched a cheaper version of the Gaggia Magenta we wanted and threw in coffee beans and other accessories. Don't bother with other stores as Gaggia machines come to them for servicing and faults anyway and they will price match! I cannot recommend more highly their service and care, and if the Segafredo beans live up to their standards shown so far, I will always buy beans from them from now on. Grazie mille!!

Bought a bean to cup coffee machine, the Gaggia Cordona Prestige, online. Contacted customer service via their chat…managed to connect to a live person(not a bot), quick to respond, matched and beat the price and threw in 500g of free coffee beans to get me started. Quick delivery. Would definitely recommend Segafredo Zanetti! Loving my machine!
