Wash Coin Laundry

One machine didn't spin clothes (machine 3)Coin dispenser doesn't work with notesPhoned to request assistance as the local shops were out of coins.. left message on message bank. No one came in the 2 hours I was there to assist with the problem.Driers work great.

Probs best to stay away, I didn't end up with enough tokens with the cash I had on me, the ATM was down and the local shops at the location didn't want to help with change told me could do cash out when I asked and said they could only do 50 dollars didn't realise they ment they could only give me a 50$ bill. So left my tokens in the machine to go up town where I could get change for this 50$ Bill and someone decided to take those Tokens out before I got back. Bad experience and it's mostly the area/location desperate people and run down.

The machines are good, but the financial operations are 40 years old. Coin operation - yuck. Result was I lost money into a machine could not get the coin jam out and could not do the wash I wanted. And it was super expensive. The next laundromat I went to was $6 cheaper for the same size wash. The place is not the best.

To wash one Donna was going to cost $12-14. Not including drying. Nice new machines, chairs for waiting, but all taken. Small place. Change machine available. Machines take $1+$2 coin.

Machines are new and clean. We've been here twice now and the big one number 8 has played up each time something to do with the coins - keeps jamming and even when it goes through properly it doesnt pick up the coin. Put in $18 & it was reading add $13. However a quick message to Karla the owner and she fixed it right away remotely that's service!... Thanks again!

I put 4 dollars worth of 50, 20 and 10 cent pieces in the token machine, it took all of my money and produced no tokens. I then went to the spar to change a note over to coins, came back put my clothes above dryer number 4, placed 2 dollars in which should get me a 12 minute cycle, it went for 2 minutes and then automatically stopped and told me to insert more money.I moved my clothing to the dryer above number 3 and that machine swallowed up two dollars!!

First time using a laundromat while my washing machine is getting repaired. Karla was helpful and very accommodating when our tokens got stuck. Will have to come back to do our big blankets that don't fit in my machine.Thank you for all your help.

I came here to wash my family’s clothes so i was using 3 machines one of the machines didn’t drain so when I rang to organise letting owner know and ask for my $9 back for a washing load no one answered so then I had to use another machine pay more $$$ then wait another 30 mins on top of my already waited time and upon opening broken machine it flooded presmises so was dangerous for patrons no mop no wet floor singing and no ability to contact the owner I tried and no responseDon’t go here .. if your going to take peoples money please ensure you can be contacted for emergencies as the last thing you want is an injury case from poor managementThis was machine 4

I have been here before and thought it was good. Today was an experience I wish on know one. The machine took half the token and the would not take the rest so unable to wash our clothes. Rang the number for an HOUR to try and get help, they finally replied by text. If we wanted our money back the are sending someone out this afternoon. I personally do not have the time to wait around all day for them.The same thing happened to the person but they answered her call and was able to do it remotely.Almost $20 in those machines with no clean clothes.

Shop was clean and tidy! Although i did try to use the mega machine and it wouldnt except my money. It just sat in the slot and didn't drop down the slot. I tried a number if times before using 2 x 9 dollar machines. Overall was a pleasant experience.
