The 1481 is frequently late for school pick ups, and there have been too many times that it hasn’t turned up at, leaving kids stranded at the bus stop and not able to get to school. It’s not good enough.Edit 27.6.22The 1481 school bus never came on the mornings of 23rd of June, and again this morning.Tried calling the Thornton depot several times with no answer.Called head office at cdc buses and lodged formal complaint. What else can I do?

There drivers can’t follow the road rules coming or going from the depot in Thornton let alone out on other roads with our kids on the bus.

Absolutely terrible bus driver I had for the last couple of days. He was REALLY sensitive to noise and even ACCUSED me of playing music even though it was some school kids up the back of doing it. I have been talking with my friend at the same noise level ALL YEAR and this is the only bus driver who has had a problem with it. Radio gets too loud sometimes and I HAVE to speak up to even be able for my friend to hear my through my mask and the radio, he even stopped in the middle of the road to be able to turn his music down. I surely won't be catching that bus again.

Big thank you to the bus driver of 1271 this morning, our bus was caught up in traffic due to an accident, he delivered children to a local school so they were not left waiting for possibly up to an hour in the rain. My experience with your service has been excellent over the years, especially the school drivers. Thank you very much

You might want to consider slowing down in Woodlands Estate at Metford, it's a 60 zone not 80kmph. I currently live here right on the bend and it seems that when you have no passengers onboard your drivers treat Woodlands Drive, Thornton as a race track. There are plenty of kids about and kangaroos that are easily hit.... If your Infront of me and I'm doing 60kph your drives seem to getaway from me very quickly... CDC Busses need to investigate before a driver causes serious injury to a person... Feel free to respond to this feedback and leave me a link or an email to forward you my personal details and I'll happily assist with any questions.
