When I came across a knee injury I felt anxiety taking away all my confidence, the moment I started my recovery at Set in Motion with Reece it all came back. He made sure that we would reach all the goals for going back to a function normal life. Reece is well organized, prepared and very professional. Great knowledge on all the aspects of body recovery. Top gear and amazing complete recovery gym. I definitely rely and recommend Reece and SIM.

5 stars! Reece has a lot of knowledge and also the fact that he is an athlete allows him to really understand what is going on. I have had previous experience with other physios and I can say that Reece has been the only one who has been able to diagnose my problem and the cause of it. I am very grateful for his effort, proactivity and also the positivity that is always needed to lift my spirits with long term injuries. So I clearly recommend Reece, thank you for everything! :)

Thank you to Reece for helping me out with my busted knee, he got my ready for a ski trip in less then 2 months after I partially torn my meniscus and aggravated an old ACL injury, great physio and great guy.

Highly recommended. I went to SIM Physio seeking to relieve lower back pain. Reece’s approach was incredibly thorough, clinical, and comprehensive. He provided me with a program of exercises and stretches - which had short instructional videos in case I needed a refresher/instruction.Reece is both professional and friendly.If anyone I know is seeking rehabilitation program for a past injury or consultation regarding a condition like Scoliosis, I will be highly recommending SIM Physiotherapy.

Reece provided brilliant care in the weeks following my knee arthroscopy. He built a periodised programme that rapidly improved my knee's range of movement and leg strength after surgery. He also explains concepts well and is helpful with questions. I found Reece personable, positive, and can often speak from experience as he has managed similar injuries of his own. I recommend his clinic to anyone looking for an active approach to injury management/recovery!

I was referred to Reece Jones at SIM Physiotherapy following a quadricep injury that required major surgery. From the initial appointment, Reece developed a injury rehabilitation plan that enabled me to return to be able to run freely, 6 months post surgery. Reece has excellent interpersonal skills and together with his extensive knowledge, I would highly recommend Reece for your injury rehab.

Reece has been treating my daughter following an ACL injury and we could not be happier with his manner, demeanour and professionalism.
