Went to buy a Garmin smart watch. They had a display cabinet and I asked to try on a watch. They told me they weren't allowed to open the display cabinet. I am not buying a watch that I can't try on first.

Service was good. Just had a minor bad experience as staff member showed me 100gb sim card plan and sold me 40gb one. So bit disappointed but overall, experience was good.

My daughter bought an iPhone 11, was sold the wrong case to go with it, 30 minute drive back to the store to exchange. iPhone proved to have a fault after 5 days, spent 3 1/2 hrs on Apple support call, they ran diagnostics, fault with the phone, Apple have a 14 day exchange policy….JB hifi don’t & wouldn’t replace.Will never buy from this sore again.
