Burra is very pretty with lots of historical buildings. The park has only one shower. Need chocks for most sites. Very helpful caretaker. Almost full today. The water is behind the amenities block.and across from the dump point.

Brilliant place to visit. You pay $30pp to get the passport to the town and see so much history. 4km out of town is the House used on the Midnight Oils album Diesel and Dust

Great spot to stay. Caretaker is very friendly and knowledgeable of the area. Powered sites available and shower and toilet. Would stay again

Very poor site one shower which hardly drips water for you to have a shower. Millepedes all over toilet and shower needs a good clean. Waste water from individual caravans runs into ground and no taps at all to get water unless you go near the toilet. I know it’s only $20 but that’s not the point.

This place has not improved nor increased its facilities in years. When we were there over Easter, at least 24 vans, campervans and tents were there, representing at least 45 people. There is only ONE rather dirty shower for all campers. And only ONE male toilet, plus urinal.For all the money this place collects, the committee need to actually spend some of it on the facilities!
