Hi, well this coming Wednesday is my birthday, so as this weekend we're having friends over for a bar-b-que 3 weeks ago I went to this butcher to order 2 Kg of American style ribs and 1 Kg of brisket to be picked up today(Friday 26th). Last Thursday I phoned again and repeated my order to make sure it would be there today, both times I was assured there wasn't a problem. Well yesterday the manager phoned to tell me that they wouldn't make me American style ribs as the pork carcasses were too lean and they didn't have any brisket either.To say I felt lead on and disappointed is an understatement. I'll never do business with them again as they are unreliable. You only get one birthday a year. Happy ending, I phoned the High st. butcher who had 1 Kg of real American style pork ribs and also 2 Kg of brisket. Wonder why the Bray st butcher couldn't get it right after getting 3 weeks notice and a another call?

Brought a meat pack and when I got home the crumbed steak already was smelling off after driving home and the rest of the meat didn't last long this place used to be the best in coffs I'll be staying with my regular butcher

Very friendly service, the meat is wonderful, the only place we ever buy meat.

Greg and the boys are great. He’s gone the extra mile for us plenty of times. Great meat, great service, love knowing we have a butcher who helps us every time we have a special request just around the corner.

Greg and his team provide a great product and excellent service. I regularly ring with specific requests for gatherings or even prep for an evening dinner and they always happily accomodate.

Always fantastic service and the meat is 2nd to none- recommend this place to everyone
