There were delays with the transport company, I had concerns it might get damaged on their docks after going missing for a week. You and your staff did a brilliant job wrapping and packing and It's finally arrived perfect. For us its a precious piece of specialised disability equipment that will enhance everyday living by being able to safely have an enjoyable shower each day.
