We bought a TV from this store and returned it as a big blotch in the corner appeared after a few days after installation. The TV department manager dismissed us pretty much straight away and said it was a finger print and it was our fault, never even considered it might be a fault in the TV. Customer Service was shocking and we won't be returning to this store.

Great service every visit. Today was exceptional, we were after a mouse and although it wasn't Peter's department he took us to Morgan - who had fantastic product knowledge. Very happy with my purchase!

we brought a fridge from Nathah fantastic service and thanx heaps to the guys that deliverd it great job they installled fridge and took great care bringing it in and took all rubish very hard to get help like this these days again fantastic effort to the delivery guys

I had to return a vacuum cleaner for repairs and told up to 6 weeks for repairs.I feel the retailer show provide another vacuum cleaner during the duration of repairs.

Got a great deal again. Very helpful staff. I think his name was Ben. he explained and made it easy for me. This is definitely the best JB HI Fi branch.I went to coomera branch prior and was very sad at the service and not helpful.Helensvale branch is a 5 STAR for me.
